A place to stop and sit at the table.

We like to welcome guests without rushing. We like to prepare carefully and let the conversation find its own rhythm. At Nã T’Acho, the experience begins the moment you sit down.

A place where history slows down time.

There are places that don’t rush.
This is one of them.
In the heart of Évora, Nã T’acho lives in a building with centuries of history, where every detail carries memory and presence.
We didn’t transform it to make it modern. We took care of it so that it would remain whole.
It is also here that you can access a historic tower, open for anyone who wants to climb and see the city at their leisure.
From up there, Évora reveals itself slowly, vast, silent, as if asking you to stay a little longer.
Between the stone, the light and the silence, we created a place where you enter slowly, sit without haste and stay a little longer.
Because the experience begins long before the dish arrives at the table.

Untypically from Alentejo

We don’t define ourselves by just one style.
We start with Alentejo cuisine, respect the product, and leave room for interpretation.
There are dishes that taste of tradition and others that ask for curiosity, all made with time, care, and without rushing to get to the table.
